When you come to CrossFit Sunnyside you will lift, run, row, jump, pull, push, throw, climb and anything else we can think of. We combine all of these movements into structured high-intensity workouts.

CrossFit workouts are scalable making it an option for everyone. Whether you are a conditioned athlete or have not worked out for a while, every workout can be adjusted to your fitness level. As you become stronger, faster and generally more capable, the workouts are scaled accordingly to keep them challenging. Our program delivers fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive; our specialty is not specializing.
