Announcing the new 1:1 Nutrition Service!​

The Nutrition Coaching we offer is not designed to be a quick fix to years of unhealthy habits. Rather we aim to provide our members with an applicable, science-based approach to nutrition and wellness that they will be able to sustain long term. This is accomplished using behaviour modification strategies, rather than the stress of ‘dieting’ to create positive change. Rather than restricting food, and making nutrition a test of willpower, we focus on establishing healthy habits and a healthy mindset around food that will empower each individual to work towards their ideal body composition effectively and safely. We want to make sure that the habits that we encourage and the lifestyle that is developed as a result will yield positive results in mind and body that will be sustainable, not matter the demands of the every day. The programs that we offer can be modified to fit any dietary restrictions.

  • This is our Nutrition 101 and is intended for individuals who just want an easy, general outline of what to eat that will produce great results. This program is designed to teach general nutrition, providing a simple approach to understanding how different elements, like macro- and micro-nutrients, play a vital role in meeting individual goals. This package will also include nutrient timing.

CUSTOMIZED

  • This 4 week nutrition package is intended for individuals who want a more specific plan to target their goals: weight loss, weight gain or to improve performance in their sport. This program offers clients the opportunity to receive an individualized plan, based on body fat calculations and lean body mass, tailored specifically to the needs of the individual. It includes a pre- and post- consultation to assess goals and follow-up success.

  • Four weeks of sample meal plans and grocery list and individualized nutrition plan based on your body type
  • Goal setting
  • Body measurement evaluation and body fat calculation
  • Professional feedback during the 4 weeks
  • Follow up (30) minute end of program consultation including re-measurements and body fat calculations

DELUXE

  • This 6 week nutrition package is intended for individuals who want a more specific plan to target their goals, but also feel they need additional accountability and the support of a caring professional throughout their transformation. This program offers clients the opportunity to receive an individualized plan, based on body fat calculations and lean body mass, tailored specifically to the needs of the individual, but includes opportunities to check in with a nutrition coach for weekly 15 minute consultations to review progress, half-way point measurements, and more.

  • Food log review and professional feedback during the 6 weeks

  • Weekly 15 minute one on one consultation each week of the program for continued support

ONGOING NUTRITION COACHING PROGRAM: $79/MONTH

Moving into your Maintenance Phase, we will help you to stay accountable with monthly visits to the Nutrition Coach. This option is available after having completed a customized plan. This plan will include email access to the nutrition coach and a 20 min consult each month as well.
