At CrossFit Sunnyside, you’ll receive more than just a cool place to work out; you’ll receive personal instruction during every workout. We’ll take the guesswork out of your workouts and provide you with constantly varied, functional workouts that give you the results you’ve been looking for. Seriously, join us an hour a day, at least three days a week – we know you’ll be in the best shape of your life.
CrossFit Sunnyside’s membership rates are simple and straightforward. Just choose the membership package that meets your desired activity level. No contracts. No B.S. “(We are required to collect 4.5% NYC sales tax on all membership purchases. Prices shown do not include tax)”
Couch to CrossFit
- START HERE!
- Couch To CrossFit is a Six Week program that focuses on exercise, nutrition, and teamwork to get people moving around and having fun! Our C2CF program is for those with no prior CrossFit experience who are ready to get started in a group setting. It is a prerequisite for taking CrossFit classes. C2CF movements will be covered in addition to specific lecture material. Emphasis will be placed on correct and safe movement patterns and scaling options so that newcomers feel prepared to join CrossFit classes with confidence. You will meet 3X’s a week for the first 4 weeks, followed by two weeks of unlimited access to our regular CrossFit classes.
- During group CrossFit classes, you’ll push yourself and sweat it out with like-minded individuals, as you compete with yourself (and others, if you choose) for rounds, time, points, glory, emotional satisfaction and spiritual growth. You will reach new physical and emotional levels you didn’t think were possible, and you will undoubtedly find yourself with a new social and support network, who will help you on your continued path to greater health and happiness. You get access to unlimited CrossFit Classes each month.
- With an average 5 class visits a week, cost per class is $9.05.
- Constantly varied functional movement performed at high intensity. The best workout you’ll ever have! Classes combine elements of cardio, strength, gymnastics, agility, balance, & more. For those who want to improve upon strength and increasing proficiency in the Olympic style lifts, Barbell Club classes are included in this membership. Unlimited CrossFit classes each month, and free access to Barbell Club and Open Floor.

- Like most things in life, the best way to figure out if something is right for you, is to do it. Your first CrossFit class will introduce you to the basics of CrossFit. You do not need to be in good shape to start. This class is designed for beginners! There's no obligation to join, just come in and have fun. We'll take care of the rest!
